HACCP Alliance Basic Spanish Training (Hybrid)

Course Description:

Understanding the methodology that allows participants to establish and implement an HACCP System within an organization, and identifying the development of Prerequisite Programs. This two-day workshop is beneficial for individuals interested in or responsible for implementing an HACCP system, prerequisite programs, or food safety management systems within organizations (members, supervisors, responsible parties, and safety team leaders).

 

Objectives: 
  • Understanding the twelve steps for HACCP System development.
  • Identification of good manufacturing practices.
  • Identification of potential hazards for establishing points, limits, and critical control measures.
  • Identification and definition of mechanisms to implement, verify, record, monitor, and measure the performance of the HACCP System within an organization’s processes.
  • Definition of key factors and regulatory requirements.
Course Details:

This course is offered in a hybrid format (in-person and live online through the Zoom platform), led by an expert and approved instructor. 90% attendance per day is required to obtain the completion certificate. The fee includes:

  • Live webinar with instructor and also in-person in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
  • 8 hours per day.
  • Coffee break.
  • Electronic course materials.
  • Completion certificate with HACCP Alliance golden seal.
