This seminar is useful for those who are interested in knowing about the general regulations and technical requirements of the PrimusGFS Certification Standard.

The course overview includes: General regulations, Certification Process, Overview of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) applicable for all production areas, Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) System that is required for all GMP operations, Preventive Controls (PC) which is voluntary and applicable to GMP operations only, non-conformances, and how to submit corrective actions.
