This seminar is useful for those who are interested in knowing about the general regulations and technical requirements of the PrimusGFS Certification Standard.

General Regulations
Module 1: Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
Day 2
Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
Module 2: Farm (previous version was Ranch)
Module 3: Indoor Agriculture (previous version was Greenhouse)
Module 4: Harvest Crew
Day 3
Module 5: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Storage and Distribution
Cooler/Cold Storage
Packinghouse
Processing
Module 6: Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) System- required for all GMP operations
Module 7: Preventive Controls (PC)-optional and applicable to GMP operations only
